Dennis Fehn Gravel & Excavating, Inc. typically
is awarded a contract for the sitework of an average of 30 new commercial
projects annually. These projects have ranged from a 3,000 square
foot addition to a 400,000 plus square foot building.

Whether the client wants to build a small machine shop or a super-store, we can act as a subcontractor for the excavation and grading alone or as a prime contractor for all of the sitework. We can present an owner or construction manager with a sitework package that will include the earthwork, utilities, curb & gutter, paving, and landscaping under one contract. This can greatly benefit the owner by not having to solicit numerous bids, eliminate the hassle of scheduling all the different trades, and reduce paperwork since Fehn would have the sole contract for the sitework.
